No Recommendations

We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, stock, or financial instrument. An alert regarding "Spending Surge" or "New Issue" is a data point, not a buy or sell signal.

Independent Decision

Any investment decision you make must be based solely on your own due diligence. K-Street Alpha is not responsible for financial losses or damages resulting from your use of our data.

Data Accuracy & Reliability

Source Errors

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by government sources. If an underlying filing is incorrect, our alerts may reflect that error.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of alerts.

Limitation of Liability

K-Street Alpha shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; trading losses; lost profits; missed opportunities; or errors, omissions, and delays in alert transmission.

Cap on Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the one month before the claim.

Payment & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because of the proprietary and sensitive nature of the intelligence provided, K-Street Alpha does not offer refunds after data, alerts, reports, or service access have been delivered.

Payment Methods

This policy applies to all forms of payment, including credit card, direct wire transfer, ACH, and corporate invoice.

Service Termination

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the prepaid period, and no prorated refund is issued for unused time.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Service Provider jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved under applicable commercial arbitration rules or by a court of competent jurisdiction where the Service Provider is domiciled.
