All alerts, data, and content provided by K-Street Alpha are for informational and educational purposes only.
•No Recommendations
We do not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, stock, or financial instrument. An alert regarding "Spending Surge" or "New Issue" is simply a data point, not a buy/sell signal.
•Independent Decision
You acknowledge that any investment decision you make is based solely on your own due diligence. K-Street Alpha is not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of our data.
2. DATA ACCURACY & RELIABILITY
•Source Errors
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by government sources. If the underlying data is flawed (e.g., a filing error by the registrant), our alerts may reflect those errors.
•No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of the alerts.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
•Exclusions
K-Street Alpha shall NOT be liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our data; Any trading losses, lost profits, or missed investment opportunities; Any errors, omissions, or delays in the transmission of alerts (e.g., email delays, API downtime).
•Cap on Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the one (1) month prior to the claim.
4. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect your email address, payment information, and usage logs.
•How We Use It
To deliver alerts, process payments, and improve system performance.
•No Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We are in the business of selling intelligence, not user lists.
5. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
•All Sales Are Final
Due to the proprietary and sensitive nature of the financial intelligence provided, K-Street Alpha does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once data, alerts, or reports have been delivered (or access granted), the service is considered fully consumed.
•Payment Methods
This policy applies to all forms of payment, including but not limited to: Credit Card (Stripe), Direct Wire Transfer, ACH, or Corporate Invoice.
•Service Termination
You may cancel your service agreement at any time. In the event of cancellation, access will continue until the end of the pre-paid period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time.
6. GOVERNING LAW
•Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Service Provider, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules or the courts of competent jurisdiction where the Service Provider is domiciled.
